The Museum Study Group, celebrating the 120th anniversary of the birth of its founder Nise da Silveira, highlights one of the pillars of its work: the study of images as a way of understanding the inner world, the deep layers of our psyche.<\/p>\n
Throughout 2025, different readings of images will be presented: psychology, psychiatry, art therapy, etc., taking as a starting point Nise da Silveira’s books \u201cImagens do Inconsciente\u201d, \u201cO Mundo das Imagens\u201d and \u201cBenedito\u201d.<\/p>\n
The meetings are free and open to all interested who can participate in person at the MII headquarters and online via the museum’s YouTube channel, where the meetings are recorded.<\/p>\n

The themes of these meetings were directly related to the work produced in the painting and sculpture studios.
